Shipping Information
We ship using UPS. For local 48 states, we offer UPS ground, UPS next day, UPS three day select. For international orders, we offer UPS Saver and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping is at the cost of the customer.
- Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
- Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order.
- UPS Ground Shipping takes 5-7 business days from the time it ships.
- Gift Certificates can be emailed upon request or are otherwise sent via USPS unless you've ordered 3-Day, or Overnight shipping.
- Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Please return merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box. .
