RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
All The Blues Jean Bar merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. If you need to make an exchange or return, a return label will be provided for you by The Blues Jean Bar. Please contact us at service@thebluesjeanbar.com for your label. To exchange at an The Blues Jean Bar stores, please bring your original receipt and the items in their original packaging to expedite the process.
* Refunds for full priced merchandise will be given as long as the merchandise has not been worn, washed or altered by the customer.
* Customers have 30 days from original purchase to return FULL PRICE items for a full refund.
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges will not be refunded. All accessories and jewelry are also final sale.
* The BJB will approve all FULL PRICE items wished to be returned after the 30 day period. If approved, store credit will be given.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased at The Blues Jean Bar store fronts, may be exchanged or will be given store credit within 7 days of purchase. Merchandise must but unworn, unwashed, unaltered and original tags attached. The Blues Jean Bar stores do no offer refunds nor cash back for in-store purchases. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit. All accessories and jewelry are also final sale.
