Refund Process for Online Orders
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Refunds will be given as long as the merchandise has not been worn, washed or altered by the customer. Customers have 30 days from original purchase to return FULL PRICE items for a full refund. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The BJB will approve all FULL PRICE items wished to be returned after the 30 day period. If approved, store credit will be given.
