Online orders
Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order and access your order history. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an order total. Occasionally, our emails may be mistaken for spam so please add "service@thebluesjeanbar.com" to your email address book.
Order Status
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account, signing in, and selecting My Orders. To check the status of any other order, call 1.877.600.jeans, email us at service@thebluesjeanbar.com or use our live chat from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm CST.
Credit Cards
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
Sales tax
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where The Blues Jean Bar maintains a physical presence. A physical presence is one of our retail stores. Please visit the Bar Locations page for a complete list of applicable locations
